• Axis' Rapido is an electric countertop high-speed oven with a combination of convection heat, variable high-speed impingement airflow, bottom infrared, and microwave.
• These options can reduce cooking time by up to 80% without sacrificing quality. The temperature range is 86° to 536° Fahrenheit (30 to 280° Celsius) and the oven's interior capacity is 0.74 cubic feet.
• The Rapido can store up to 80 recipes with 6 steps each, which can be added and removed using a USB flash drive.
• Speaking of which, the oven comes with a flash drive, panini-style grill plate, aluminum paddle, and solid PTFE basket.
• The exterior is cool to the touch to help prevent burns and the top and bottom heaters are independently controlled.
• This oven has a stainless steel construction, the exterior is AISI430 and the interior is AISI304. It has a removable catalytic converter, which breaks down greasy vapours and therefore allows for ventless operating.
• Because the side panels are ventless, the oven requires no space on either side.
• This oven also has a manual mode and is safe for use with metal pans.
