The grate is cast iron for excellent heat transmission from the burners to the pot.
• This Sierra Range SRSP-18 commercial pot range is made of stainless steel to withstand scratches, dents, and corrosion. Its drip tray can be removed and emptied. The bowl inside the range is sloped cast iron, channeling spills away from burner ports to reduce clogging and safeguard burner flames. It's mounted on 6-inch legs that can be adjusted to account for uneven surfaces.
